With the news consistently and constantly bombarding us with the negative I thought it was wonderful to see a bit of positive change. We always think it couldn't happen to us but for those who have fallen on hard times and committed crimes that resulted in incarceration this may ring all to true. Recidivism is the likelihood a prisoner will reoffend and those rates have been on the rise for years. There are many programs and many different ideas but I was amazed to see the Academy. They have proven themselves with convicts time and time again who participate in their program. These convicts go through the Academies regime and actually in most cases do no reoffend. It is wonderful to see some positive change. This is a series that tells the story of one convict; Jonathan. I think you will enjoy this series as much as me and my husband did.
